		<description>One concern I&#039;ve had with custom URL shorteners is reliability. There are businesses who are in the business of making sure their shortener applications run 24x7 with real-time tracking. That&#039;s tough for many businesses to replicate.

That being said, the trust factor carries some weight. The company I work for builds them in to make linking to search results more manageable, like this search for $1m+ homes in Kenwood: http://www.results.net/Search/16592</description>
