Well-played, Mike.

Too many people worry about the one-off strategy, pretending as though there is no value in playing for the next day.

Life is not a serious of random independent encounters -- the people you do business with today will probably be the people you deal with tomorrow. Understanding the ebb and flow is key.

Mike - Excellent expansion of the idea and I love the baseball pitcher's mental approach references. Being a baseball fan, I'm right in line with your thinking. Well done, sir.
